Regular Cairns Rides
- Tuesday – 0525 – Cycle for Hope/Team Blackbird Ride – meet Blackbird Cafe on Newell St – 38km loop coffee around 0650 – avg speed 20 – 28kmh – suits novice and experienced riders
- Tuesday and Thursday – 0515 – Northern Beaches Blast – cnr Captain Cook Highway and Arawa Street – 41km circuit avg speed 38-40kmh
- Tuesday and Thursday – 0520/0530 – Brumbys Ride – 32km Circuit – faster group leaves 0530 –
- Thursday – 0500/0530 – 0630 – SheSpoke Womens Cycling Group – meet Maccas Esplanade (Shespoke also offer free Wednesday coaching at Cairns Cyclodrome)
- Saturday – 0515 – Cappuccino Run – meet Kewarra Beach roundabout to Villa Romana – 35-40kmh avg
- Saturday – 0630 – Villa Ride – meet Villa Romana on Esplanade (32-39kmh average)
- Sunday – 0630 -0930 – Cardiac Challenge Training Ride – meet Esplanade in front of Hospital (diff pack speeds)
